Where possible, we always attempt to assist our clients in resolving their matters before proceeding to court. 

In our experience, clients who are able to achieve a negotiated settlement regularly obtain a resolution that is more satisfying, more permanent, less expensive, and less stressful when compared with court-based resolutions. 

We are experienced in assisting our clients with achieving an out-of-court resolution by providing services including:
